Junior Interior Designer / Seattle, WA – 1-2 Years Experience

Full-Time 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Interior Design
    • Project Design Support on projects from inception to final installation, including attending design consultations, project meetings, programming, space planning, job site visits, finish and furnishing selections, design presentations, vendor coordination and pricing, typing specifications, attending and managing design installations.
    • Act as a liaison between Principals and Senior staff, vendors, clients, and consultants.
    • Project related errands.
    • Client communication and customer service.
    • Manage design tasks and deadlines.
  • General Office
    • Additional tasks may include product design, website, marketing, and social media related tasks.
    • General office tasks & errands to ensure smooth flow, when needed.
    • Special Projects Involved in Client & Customer Management
    • Intern management

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Degree in Interior Design
  • Ability to balance multiple tasks and projects at once, in a high-paced environment
  • Customer service and/or client interaction experience
  • AutoCAD experience
  • Ability to quickly learn new processes, procedures, and user interfaces
  • Communicates clearly and effectively.
  • Ability to independently manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Customer service and/or client interaction experience
  • Mac/Apple based user knowledge
  • Must have a working vehicle for office & client-related errands
  • Studio Webware experience, is a plus.

  • Special Projects Involved in Client & Customer Management

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Project management experience, with the ability to manage workflow & many moving parts
  • Ability to balance multiple tasks and projects at once, in a high-paced environment
  • Bookkeeping experience is a plus
  • Knowledge of Studio Webware is a plus
  • Customer service and/or client interaction experience
  • Mac/Apple based user knowledge is a plus
  • Ability to quickly learn new processes, procedures, and user interfaces
