5 bits and baubles from my week…

1. Set your DVR’s now! My husband’s band, El Gato, is going to have their music on HBO’s Bored To Death, with Jason Schwartzman, Zach Galifinakas, and Ted Danson. Sunday’s Halloween episode will feature one of my favorite songs, The Frustrated Cowboy! Show my hubby some love and watch… plus isn’t he cute??!! (He’s the hottie above on the bottom left)

2. In bloggy talk… I’m thinking seriously about switching my blog to wordpress. thoughts? experience? feedback?

3. Oh dear, I’m in trouble. I got news this week that made my pocketbook shiver: There is an H&M coming to Dallas next year.

4. I’m totally looking forward to Max’s first Halloween! He’s going to wear a sock monkey costume. It’s so adorable, it’ll make your teeth hurt. Pictures will, of course, be shared next week… I mean, when do I ever pass a chance to talk about my kid?

5. We celebrated Hello, Splendor‘s 6 month anniversary this week! I can’t believe my baby is growing up. Thanks to all of you for showing such support. I feel so blessed to have everyone reading everyday. So, really, from the bottom of my heart… Thank You.
