Aspiring Kennedy: Haute Chocolate
without the help of some warm beverages
to create my own couture cup:
English Style: Dunk a fat Cadbury flake in the layers of chocolate & whipped cream.
Don’t forget the marshmallow!
Peppermint: Melt some minted chocolates in your hot cup.
{This works best when mints are added while making the hot chocolate,
to provide maximum melt-ation!}
Peanut Butter: Oh yeah, you heard me.
Put in a tablespoon of creamy peanut butter to indulge in a tasty treat.
{Again: Adding the peanut butter directly after adding chocolate to your milk will help dissolve the peanut butter into the beverage to avoid clumping… and sticking to the roof of your mouth.}
Smore Hot Chocolate: Whip out that creme brulee torch you bought
for Valentine’s Day 2007 “gourmet meal at home.”
Make hot chocolate per usual preparation, add the marshmallows, give them a little roast…
and dunk a graham cracker stick into the roasted goodness.
Frozen Hot Chocolate: Ah, Serendipity’s classic treat.
But really, why would you want to use the mix…
when you could just fly to NYC and have one there?
Take Away: I love getting mixes as a party favor or gift.
Spread the cheer with these easy gifts!
