Aspiring Kennedy: New Years, Old Favs.
It’s Aspiring Kennedy again… and boy, do I come bearing good news.
Tomorrow night is New Year’s Eve.
Which means it’s time to
pull out that sparkly dress & those gigantic heels
… because New Years is fancy.
This also means,
you get to drink champagne.
{fortunately…}

Add some “twist” to your bubbly with these simple additions:
For the Duchess…
Add a splash of Elderflower liquor to your glass of bubbly
for a sweet & fresh treat.
Garnish with a lemon twist for a pretty finish.

And keep these pretty ladies chilled nearby for a delicious sip in a snap….

For The Chic Freak…
Pour a bit of Chambord in the bottom of a flute,
then fill with your favorite bubbly for the classic, Kir Royale.
Add a raspberry to the mix for good measure… and style.

And of course, keep some of Britain’s finest truffles at hand for a fabulous sweet treat.
{Charbonnel et Walker truffles are my favorite sweets!}
via |
For The Cool Crowd…
Stir up a Black Velvet, if you please,
by mixing equal parts Guinness & Champagne…
for a good looking glass & a crowd pleasing treat.

are a yummy, alcohol free goodie
