Aspiring Kennedy: Take Off Your Tapas

It’s me,

Aspiring Kennedy,

though these days,

I feel like I should be called

“The Meandering American.”

We recently found ourselves in Madrid.

Ole!

I have always held Italian food

on a pretty high pedestal,

but my beloved

lasagna, tartufo, e gnocchi

are going to have to make some room….

because the food in spain falls mainly off the chain.

{I couldn’t resist.}
