This Dallas second home was conceived as a warm modern retreat, defined by materiality, proportion, and subtle contrast. Rich wood tones, natural stone, and custom millwork establish depth and texture, while soft neutrals and tailored furnishings create a sense of quiet cohesion throughout.

Layered lighting, sculptural forms, and thoughtful detailing shape each space. From the intimate, moody media room to the light-filled kitchen and gathering areas. Bathrooms were approached with a spa sensibility, pairing refined finishes with clean architectural lines. The result is a home that feels grounded, refined, and deeply considered, balancing comfort with a strong, understated design language.
