Pop The Top
Does anyone else remember Jello Pops?
{The homemade sister to the Pudding Pop?}
Aspiring Kennedy’s Jello Pops
What you’ll need:
1 package of cherry Kool-Aid
1 package of strawberry jello (3 oz box)
1/2 cup chopped & muddled strawberries
2 cups boiling water
2 cups cold water
1 cup sugar
What you’ll do:
*Dissolve the sugar, jello, and kool-aid in the boiling water
*Add the cold water, and stir well
*Add muddle strawberries to the mixture
*Pour into popsicle molds & freeze for 4 hours, or until firm
Side Note: Feel free use any combination of jello & kool-aid you like,
but this version is my favorite….
Once you have a taste,
you’ll undoubtedly take a trip
back to 1985
to a hot summer day
with sweet stickiness running down your wrist.
{Oh, and speaking of trips…
take one to my blog to
It’s a necklace. And it’s gold. And it’s gorgeous.}
