Pop the champagne, this is where it started. In March 2018, Pulp Design Studios, the design firm led by Beth Dotolo and Carolina Gentry, launched its first licensed textile collection with S. Harris, an adventurous, travel-inspired capsule built from the places that have shaped the firm’s design point of view. “The collection is like a treasure box of souvenirs in the form of statement fabric, all adventurous and sophisticated,” Gentry said at launch. “We were so excited to launch our first licensed collection with S. Harris.”

Every pattern carries Pulp’s signature flair for the unexpected: bold color-blocked geometrics, hand-worked global textures, and jewel-toned velvets that read as collected, not curated. The line debuted across two sets Dotolo and Gentry designed themselves, a Moroccan-inspired lounge and a Parisian-inspired bedroom suite. As S. Harris creative director Jodi Finer put it, “with Pulp, I found this drive and design vision to be incredibly true.” Available to trade and consumers through the S. Harris and Fabricut showroom network, Collection I set the tone for everything Pulp has designed in textiles since.
