How to Make Rooms Pop with 3D Art

The Pulp team loves to curate art for our clients, and we are pushing boundaries with a new wave of 3D art. These dimensional pieces literally pop off the walls in our clients’ homes, adding personality and a major wow factor. Here are our pro tips for adding 3D art to your home!
Mirror Images
Any type of convex or concave shape – like those often found in mirrors – is a form of 3D design. Three mirrored disks emerge from a wooden background in this piece we used in a Seattle home. It offers the organic style we used throughout the home, and it perfectly complements the Maeve Sculpture from Arteriors. Use mirrors to start your 3D art collection!
Fool the Eye
Samantha McCurdy designed this dark and mysterious piece of art that curves off of its background. Viewed from the front, it looks like a seamless block. But from the side the distinctive curves are revealed!
Balance the Look
Two more 3D pieces by artist Samantha McCurdy seem to be pushing their way out of their frames. The curved shapes are a great balance to all the sharp lines on the wallcovering.
Have the Last Word
We used brass letters in this Dallas home to showcase the family mantra. The extra dimension gives the words even more impact.
Try these 3D ideas to add a new dimension to your interiors! And if you need help curating the perfect art collection, give our team a call.
